Our products are custom made as per your required size and finish. Most items like wall art and sculptures/ figurines are dispatched within 1 week. Special items like mirrors, wooden sculptures and clocks may require more time and are dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Our commitment is to dispatch all orders on time and in case there’s any unexpected delay, we make sure to inform you. Please understand that handmade items are not like regular in-stock items and might need more thorough checking before dispatch. Making sure the item is perfect and without error can sometimes take longer than promised timelines. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
