3. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

6. Refused Deliveries & Logistics Returns

If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect recipient details, both forward and return shipping costs are deducted from payments. For partial COD furniture delivery (25–50% advance), deposits become non-refundable.
