At Uber Decor, we create custom-made, handcrafted furniture and decor tailored to your chosen size, material, and finish. As a made-to-order brand, each item is produced individually for you—ensuring uniqueness, quality, and attention to detail.
1. Production Timelines (Tentative)
Below are the estimated production timelines for different product categories. These do not include Sundays or public/festival holidays.

Note:
- For customized designs (including any change in size, finish, material, or functionality), please allow an additional 5–7 working days for design approval, template setting, and sampling.
- These timelines are tentative estimates, and actual timelines may vary depending on our ongoing production cycle, availability of labour or materials, and third-party vendor coordination.
2. Shipping Timelines

Shipping time is in addition to the production timeline. We work with trusted courier and logistics partners; however, Uber Decor is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or transport conditions.
3. Delays & Exceptions
We are committed to dispatching all orders on time. However, handcrafted items require careful inspection before dispatch to ensure the product is free from defects. This may occasionally extend the production or dispatch time.Please Note:- Delays due to material sourcing, strikes, transport issues, or unexpected events do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
- These timelines are not binding delivery guarantees, and no compensation is offered for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- If you're not available to receive delivery, we can hold the shipment temporarily upon request—but we do not cancel time-sensitive orders.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
- After this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Returns & Replacements
Uber Decor does not accept returns once a product is delivered. However, we do offer:- Replacement of damaged parts/items
- On-site repair or rectification, wherever applicable
- Your order number
- A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photographs and description of the issue
6. Refused Deliveries & Logistics-Related Returns
