• 1-Year Warranty on Metal Mechanisms like swivel, rocker, etc.
• 1 Year Warranty on items made with Engineered wood

• 5-Year Warranty on core materials, including solid wood & plywood wood, foam (Sleepwell or equivalent, while some foam have higher warranty period)

   

• This warranty covers sagging, warping, or premature wear under normal use
• Warranty can be extended for furniture using premium materials as this is issued by raw materials brands directly

Our decorative pieces are handcrafted artworks, made with natural materials and artisan finishes. As each item is unique and made in small batches, we do not offer formal warranties on these pieces.

However, if you receive an item damaged in transit or with any irregularity, our team will be happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
